Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Key Points:
- Full-time, term-time only
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours
- Training and professional development opportunities available
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about supporting children's education
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
