The school is looking to trial suitable Learning Support Assistants immediately.

• Position: Learning Support Assistant (1:1 in KS2)
• Location: Willesden, Brent
• Start Date: ASAP (trial required)
• Contract Type: Temporary (Initially until July)
• Working Pattern: Full Time

As a Learning Support Assistant (1:1 in KS2), you will:

• Provide personalised 1:1 support to a pupil with additional learning needs
• Deliver targeted interventions and adapted learning activities
• Support emotional regulation, focus, and behaviour management
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team
• Help maintain an inclusive, positive classroom environment

This role is ideal for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant who is confident working individually with pupils and supporting their academic and emotional development.
