Principal Education is seeking a creative and driven Head of Drama to lead an enthusiastic department and inspire students through performance, confidence and expression.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Drama curriculum and extracurricular programme
- Drive high-quality teaching and student outcomes
- Organise performances, productions and showcases
- Manage and support Drama staff
- Promote creativity across the wider school
- QTS and Drama specialism
- Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
- Leadership or curriculum responsibility experience
- Passion for the performing arts
