Deputy Head of Education

This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, develop a dedicated team, and help learners overcome barriers to build brighter futures.

Working closely with the Head of Education, you ll provide strategic and operational leadership to an established education team. You ll drive high standards of teaching and learning, support learners with complex needs, and ensure education provision raises confidence, wellbeing and long-term employability.

• Experience with in alternative or specialist education settings
• Proven leadership and team development capability
• The ability to motivate, inspire and improve performance
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals to reach their full potential
