• Strategically leading the Learning Support department and SEND provision

• Mentoring and developing a dynamic team of learning professionals
• Collaborating closely with SLT on whole-school strategy

• UK-trained teacher with QTS and at least ‘Good’ graded references
• Extensive SEND/SENCO experience and national SEN leadership qualifications
