The Head teacher wishes to appoint an experienced, highly committed SBM to support her in the day to day running of the school. You must have a warm personality, be prepared to go the extra mile and have experience of working under pressure. • Demonstrate effective leadership and management skills
• Have robust background in Finance, ER and HR
• Be highly motivated, organised and display a positive attitude towards work
• Be proactive and be able to work on their own initiative
• Be professional and courteous towards others
• Be able to work under pressure
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Be able to lead a team and work effectively as part of a team.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed. The school is a one form entry primary school situated in Plaistow. Theyhave easy access to an underground station, DLR, buses and have a free car park.
