Nursery Manager - Busy Bees Westminster (Central London)

If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification (or above) and have at least two years' leadership experience in an early years setting, we'd love to welcome your expertise, creativity, and child centred approach.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate, ambitious Nursery Manager who is committed to delivering the highest standards of early years education and care. In this role, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare and strong EYFS practice
• Drive quality improvement, enhancing educational programmes and daily operations
• Ensure full compliance, maintaining a safe, secure, and well managed environment
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources, ensuring efficient and effective nursery operations
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community
• Support professional development, coaching your team to grow and excel

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail
