Location: City of Westminster

As the Admissions Manager, you will report to the Vice Principal:
Engagement and Growth. Your mission is to lead a multi‑site team including specialised frontline staff and student finance specialists, and to deliver a responsive, commercially‑minded service.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
    Manage and coach your team to ensure high performance and consistent service standards across all college centres.
  • Journey Design:
    Streamline frontline processes and shape the operational direction of enquiry handling and admissions to ensure a seamless transition from applicant to student.
  • Financial Oversight:
    Manage the student element of Advanced and Higher Learning Loans, maximising college income while supporting students in need.
Qualifications

We are looking for an expert in admissions with a "big picture" mindset and the following:

  • Education:

    A degree‑level qualification or equivalent.
  • Leadership:
    Proven experience leading student‑facing or customer‑focused teams.
  • Technical expertise: A deep understanding of Student Loans and FE/HE funding, alongside excellent IT and MIS database skills.
  • Compliance: A clear understanding of Safeguarding and Prevent.
  • Experience in systems and process design or a Level 3 qualification in Advice and Guidance would be highly advantageous.
