Chemistry Teacher - Secondary – Waltham Forest

A well-resourced secondary school in Waltham Forest is seeking a confident Chemistry Teacher to join their Science department. This is an opportunity to teach KS3-KS5, with a supportive team, clear schemes of work, and access to CPD for professional development.

• Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across KS3, KS4, and optionally KS5
• Support pupils’ progress, attainment, and scientific understanding
• Maintain excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation
• Contribute to departmental planning and development
• Support SEN, SEMH, and EAL students within lessons

• Qualified Chemistry Teacher with QTS (ECTs welcome)
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Science
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Team player, reliable, and committed to student outcomes

• Paid to scale (Outer London) – salary or daily rate equivalent
• Temporary or permanent role, full-time
