Exam Invigilator
Location: City of London
Contract: Casual, during exam periods, 0 hour contract, ad-hoc
Pay: £14.49 per hour
We are seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators
. You will help ensure exams run smoothly and in accordance with university regulations.
- Prepare exam halls and materials.
- Check candidate IDs and maintain attendance records.
- Monitor exams, ensuring compliance and reporting irregularities.
- Assist students with alternative arrangements.
- Collect and secure exam scripts after sessions.
- Good standard of education and proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
- Physically able to move exam materials and walk around the hall.
- Professional, calm, and courteous under pressure.
- Previous invigilation experience.
- Experience supporting students with disabilities or health issues.
Mandatory training will be provided.
