QTS SEND Primary School Teacher

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEND Teacher to join a well-established school in North London
. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and deliver tailored, high-quality education that enables every child to reach their full potential.

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEND needs
• Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language, and other complex needs
• Develop and implement EHCP targets effectively
• Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure positive outcomes

• A supportive and experienced leadership team
• A collaborative and inclusive working environment
• Well-resourced classrooms and specialist support
• Ongoing SEND-focused CPD and professional development
• Strong emphasis on staff wellbeing

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching pupils with SEND
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Has a good understanding of EHCP processes and safeguarding
• Is patient, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
