Secondary Teacher English

Salary: £198 - £258 per day. Job Type: Long Term

An outstanding Central London private school is inviting applications for a passionate English Teacher to join their dedicated team ASAP. Responsibilities
  • The Secondary Teacher English chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
  • Skills in analyzing prose, poetry, and plays.
  • Ability to prepare students for standardized English exams.
  • The ideal Secondary Teacher English for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
Qualifications/Experience
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
  • Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
  • To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
