Behaviour Mentor – SEMH School – Hounslow
Immediate start, long‑term role, 115‑120 per day.
RoleWe are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support to students with challenging behaviour, SEMH and ADHD in a secondary SEMH school. The role involves supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, managing their behaviour and supporting their learning. Physical intervention (restraint) training is desirable and required for the position.
SchoolThe school is a specialised SEMH school located in Hounslow, catering for 100 students with challenging behaviour, SEMH and ADHD. It was recently graded "Outstanding" by Ofsted in all areas.
The school is supportive of staff and students.
