, which is looking to appoint several enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) from March 2026

As a Learning Support Assistant
, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide high‑quality support to pupils within the classroom. You will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all children are supported to achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils who require additional assistance
  • Support children with SEN, learning difficulties, and additional needs
  • Assist pupils in accessing learning activities and the wider curriculum
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage engagement in lessons
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced Learning Support Assistants
  • Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants or Early Years Practitioners
  • Recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in education
  • Individuals with experience working with children in schools, nurseries, childcare settings, or youth work environment
  • Have a genuine interest in education, child development, and inclusion
