We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive junior school in Croydon from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an ECT looking to begin their teaching career in a school that is committed to professional development, collaboration and helping every child achieve their full potential.
The RoleThis position is suitable for an Early Career Teacher looking to teach either a Year 3 or Year 4 class. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, dedicated colleagues and a comprehensive ECT programme designed to help you develop your classroom practice and confidence throughout your induction years.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupils to make strong academic and personal progress. The school places great importance on developing confident, resilient learners and encourages creativity, curiosity and a love of learning.

- Holds or is on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026.
- Be eligible to complete your ECT induction.
