We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive junior school in Croydon from September 2026. This position is suitable for an Early Career Teacher looking to teach either a Year 3 or Year 4 class. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, dedicated colleagues and a comprehensive ECT programme designed to help you develop your classroom practice and confidence throughout your induction years.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment and supporting pupils to make strong academic and personal progress.
