Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Greenwich - PRU / Alternative Provision - 95-115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start

  • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour required
  • Experience working in a school, PRU or alternative provision desirable
  • Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
  • Required full time ASAP

The Role - Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage positively with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, supporting pupils during challenging situations and promoting a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
