Primary LSA - What the School is Looking For

The ideal Primary LSA will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child‑centred experience in a UK primary school or educational setting is highly valued. The school is seeking a compassionate, patient, and proactive Primary LSA with strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners.

Primary LSA - Salary and Contract Info
  • £444 per week, pro rata to term time only
  • Full‑time, long‑term contract from September 2026 to July 2027
  • Term‑time only
  • Potential for extended contracts or teacher training pathways following a successful placement
