Maths Teacher
Location: Brent, London
Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term (September 2026 July 2027)
Start Date: September 2026
We are seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a mixed, comprehensive secondary school within Brent LEA from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school with a strong leadership team and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
The RoleAs a Maths Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Mark, assess, and monitor student progress
- Provide effective feedback to support achievement
- Fulfil all teaching responsibilities, including parents' evenings and reporting
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supportive leadership and friendly staff team
- Excellent professional development opportunities
- Well-resourced department and positive school culture
- Opportunity for the Maths Teacher role to become permanent following the fixed-term contract
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching Maths in a secondary setting
- Is passionate about raising attainment and inspiring young people
