We are currently supporting a well-regarded secondary school in Haringey in their search for an enthusiastic and skilled Design and Technology Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and deliver engaging DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will foster creativity, develop practical skills, and encourage students to apply innovative thinking through hands-on learning experiences.

• Teach Design and Technology across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and practical lessons.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress and achievement.
• Create a positive and well-managed learning environment.
• Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and independent thinking.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the success of the department.
• Uphold safeguarding and promote the wellbeing of all students.

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching DT within a secondary school setting.
• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Is passionate about inspiring young people through practical learning.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Is committed to achieving positive outcomes for all learners.
