Long Term Futures is seeking a resilient and proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work on a full‑time long‑term temporary basis. The role is based in Croydon and focuses across both KS1 and KS2 delivering lessons and providing targeted interventions.

• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and SLT.
• Deliver planned lessons across both KS1 and KS2 during the teacher’s short absences.
• Provide targeted interventions to students with ASD and other related SEN needs.
• Offer support and guidance to other TA's within the classroom, ensuring consistency across the setting.
• Ensure pupils are safe and secure at all times.

• HLTA status or relevant Level 4 qualification or higher.
• Creative approach to learning and flexibility to adapt activities and strategies to meet diverse needs.
• Strong behaviour management and ability to build rapport with students across all year groups.
• Reliable and committed to a long‑term placement.
• Proven experience delivering targeted interventions.
• Flexibility to teach and work across all year groups and to be fluid in day structure.
