The Role - SEN LSASeeking a patient and proactive SEN LSA to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and work towards EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs, promoting independence, encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and inclusive learning environment.
