  • Contribute to a culture of high achievement and academic excellence
  • Maintain consistently high standards of behaviour, presentation, and classroom practice
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and committed department
We Are Looking for Teachers Who:
  • Have a passion for education and are open to innovative approaches in everyday aspects of school life
  • Are passionate about their subject area and lifelong learning
  • Are committed to securing the best outcomes for all students
  • Offer enrichment and extra-curricular experiences related to their subject area and beyond
  • Contribute to the overall development of the school
  • Are flexible in their approach and adaptable to new challenges
The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have strong subject knowledge in Psychology and Science
  • Have experience teaching A Level Psychology (AQA)
  • Demonstrate consistently high- quality teaching and learning
  • Be confident in leading a popular A Level subject area
  • Thrive within a disciplined and academically focused environment
  • Be organised, resilient, and passionate about education
In Return, the School Offers:
  • The opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team
  • The opportunity to work with pastoral and subject leaders to create an exciting and engaging curriculum
  • Enhanced professional and career development
  • A TLR2A for Psychology leadership responsibilities
  • A positive and purposeful learning environment
  • Well-behaved students who are keen to succeed
  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative staff culture
