Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils, teachers and families to create a positive, inclusive and purposeful learning environment. You will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils in making strong academic progress, developing confidence and achieving their full potential. You will contribute to a culture of high expectations, excellent behaviour and strong relationships, ensuring every pupil can access learning and succeed.
