The Role- Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including MLD and SLD.
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning and support.
- Assisting with personal care where required.
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils develop independence and social skills.
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
- Full-time, long-term position with the opportunity to become permanent.
