Class Teacher

Class Teacher required for a diverse, inclusive and community-focused primary school in Wembley, Brent, close to Old Kenton Lane and serving pupils aged 3-11.

  • Permanent Class Teacher role starting September 2026, paid at £190-£250 per day, with the security of a long-term career move in Wembley, Brent.

  • This Class Teacher role offers the chance to teach within a large, well-resourced setting with nursery provision, a specialist hearing impairment resource and a broad curriculum.

  • The school has 8.2% of pupils with EHCPs and 13.61% receiving SEN Support, so the Class Teacher must be confident adapting lessons and working closely with support staff.
  • Pupil outcomes are strong, with 69% achieving the expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths in the latest KS2 data.
  • As a Class Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess progress carefully and maintain high expectations across your class.
  • The successful Class Teacher will hold QTS, have strong curriculum knowledge and be able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Previous primary teaching experience is essential, and experience supporting EAL, SEND or hearing impairment needs would be highly valuable.
