Smart Teachers is seeking a SEN Early Years Teaching Assistant to support students with various needs at a specialist primary school in Harrow. This full-time, temp to perm role starts in September 2026.
The position involves working in a classroom of 8 students, leading small groups, and assisting with social and emotional development. Experience with children needing special educational support is ideal. Excellent daily rates and professional development opportunities are offered.
