SEND Teaching Assistant (KS2) - Islington, North London

£100-£105 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities), Immediate Start, Ongoing until July 2026

SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Islington, seeking a reliable and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive school community that places real emphasis on both pupil wellbeing and staff support.

• Hours:
  
  08:30am – 04:00pm
• Daily Rate: £100-£105 (PAYE)
• Contract Length:
  Until July 2026, with the possibility of continuing into September
• Additional hours may be available through breakfast and after-school clubs

• An experienced Teaching Assistant with strong classroom knowledge
• Confident supporting pupils with SEND, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Able to deliver interventions that support academic progress
• Comfortable working with KS2 pupils (year 3 to
  6)
• Proactive, flexible and able to adapt to different classroom needs
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
