Key Responsibilities

To work alongside the class teacher and other members of staff to maintain a meaningful, supporting and secure learning environment.
To deliver small group/1:1 intervention.
To be part of a classroom team, under the direction of the class teacher and or learning mentors.
To support pupils with their personal and behavioural development.

The Ideal Candidate will:

Team Teach Qualification or other positive handling experience.
An up to date Enhanced DBS, preferably on the update service.
Is positive, dedicated and resilient - as it is a challenging role, but can be very rewarding.
Have excellent verbal and written skills.
Have a calm, patient and positive approach to your work and the ability to communicate well on all levels.
