Summer EFL Teacher

Overview Responsibilities

• Providing quality language teaching to adult and/or young learners at a variety of levels
• Attending our paid weekly teachers' meetings and fortnightly CPD sessions
• Familiarising yourself with Bayswater materials, our online platform, and preparation of lessons
• Ensuring weekly admin tasks are completed
• Following the syllabus outlined while adding your own supplementary materials
• Carrying out the school's safeguarding policy and maintaining a friendly but professional manner at all times
• Contract period: 29 June to 31 August

• A university degree
• A CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL or a PGCE (certain other qualifications will be accepted provided they meet specific BC requirements)
• Native level of English
• Experience working with technology (smartboards, MS Office)
• A passion for teaching and inspiring students

• Previous EFL school experience
• Experience teaching/working with young learners
• DELTA or Trinity Diploma

• Competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications; hourly rates vary between £19.51 and £21.61 per hour, paid meetings and CPD
