Full-Time KS1 Small Group & SEN Support
Responsibilities- Guide young learners, sometimes one-to-one, sometimes in small groups, helping them discover confidence and curiosity.
- Run your own nurture group, offering a calm and caring space for SEN pupils to learn, laugh, and belong.
- Stand beside teachers, shaping a classroom where every child feels safe and seen.
- Live out the school s values, fairness, compassion, and community.
- Patient, resilient, and kind.
- You find joy in teamwork and take pride in showing up every day with purpose.
- Experience supporting primary-aged children.
- Willingness to continue learning about others, yourself, and how to make a difference.
