This Pastoral Support Assistant role is ideal for a graduate interested in education, psychology, safeguarding or youth support. The successful candidate will work alongside the pastoral team to support pupils with attendance, wellbeing, behaviour and personal challenges. Salary/Contract
:
Lewisham Full Academic Year Contract £500 - £550 per week

• Experience with in a secondary pastoral team
• Exposure to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing strategies
• Opportunity to support mentoring and intervention work
• Development of communication and organisational skills
• Support from experienced pastoral leaders
• Excellent preparation for careers in education, psychology or social care

• Hold A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) and a BA degree
• Have strong interpersonal skills

• Have a genuine interest in supporting young people
