A specialist SEN setting in Westminster is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a practical, hands‑on support role requiring a caring, resilient, and confident individual who can provide communication support, sensory support, personal care, or structured routines.
Responsibilities- Support pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD, or EHCP‑linked needs.
- Help pupils access learning and daily routines.
- Work closely with SEN teachers, therapists, and support staff.
- Provide consistent, patient, and reliable support.
- SEN, care, support work, school, or youth work experience.
- Comfortable with practical support.
- Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and consistent throughout the day.
Pay: £95 - £120 per day
