Job Overview

As a School Programmes Associate, you will oversee the delivery, coordination and development of our in‑school careers provision, including the One Day Workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination of One Day Workshops, briefing staff and liaising with schools.
  • Prepare workshop slides, resources and materials for delivery.
  • Deliver workshops in schools, setting the example for delivery quality.
  • Arrange travel to schools across the UK and internationally.
  • Create and update workshop content to reflect labour market trends.
  • Lead the creation of new InvestIN content and concepts, including the through‑school offering.
  • Support and lead summer work‑experience programmes.
Qualifications
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, with strong project management skills.
  • Effective communicator able to engage colleagues, students and teachers.
  • Passionate about supporting young people’s career development.
  • Creative and able to develop engaging content, resources and simulations.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and managing student behaviour.
  • Team‑player who supports collaborative culture and leadership.
