This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people across a broad age range, helping them re-engage with education and develop positive behaviours

About the Role

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with challenging behaviour.
  • Experience supporting either primary, secondary, or mixed-age cohorts.
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
  • A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to build rapport with pupils who may be disengaged from education.
