We are recruiting a Business Management Lecturer
. This role suits a practitioner-educator who enjoys blending academic theory with real-world industry insight.

You will teach across business management modules, supporting students from a wide range of educational backgrounds as they prepare for higher-level study.

• Teach Business modules at Level 4 to 6.
• Deliver engaging, activity-led and blended learning sessions
• Support students academically and pastorally
• Contribute to curriculum design and cross-disciplinary teaching
• Maintain strong links with relevant industries

• Master's degree in Business or a related field
• Experience teaching in the UK (HE or FE)
• Industry experience within business and/or hospitality
• A modern, interactive teaching approach
• Strong communication and student engagement skills
