Behaviour Mentor

Overview

The PRIDE Academy, a secondary special school located in the London Borough of Hillingdon, is seeking a Positive Behaviour Mentor. The role focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every pupil can develop positive behaviours, achieve their potential, and build the skills needed for lifelong success.

• GCSE in English and Maths.
• Experience working with young people who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and/or challenging behaviour.
• Experience working with students with a range of Special Educational Needs such as ADHD and ASD.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Familiarity with Arbor and CPOMS.
