Primary Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with a minimum of 1 year’s experience working with SEN children.

We are based in Wembley Park, near Wembley Stadium, and serve children of all abilities in an all-through school.

• Provide 1-to-1 support to Reception aged students (EYFS) and deliver bespoke curriculum provision.
• Work alongside class teachers, serving as a motivational role model.
• Support student learning and social development within a nurturing environment.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the role with SEN children.
• GCSE grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑confident, supportive and nurturing ethos.
• Completed enhanced DBS check; willingness to disclose unspent convictions or cautions.

• Extensive professional development and training (10 days minimum per year).
• Support for national qualification pathways (NPQML, NPQSL, Lead Practitioner).
