Horizon Teachers are currently working with welcoming and supportive secondary schools across North‑West London who are seeking reliable Daily Cover Supervisors for immediate starts. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, or experienced education professionals looking to gain further classroom experience.

• Responsible for delivering pre‑set work in the absence of the class teacher.
• Maintain positive behaviour, ensuring students remain engaged and focused throughout lessons.
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups, gaining valuable experience within a secondary school environment.
• Operate within schools that offer supportive leadership teams, strong behaviour policies, and a positive learning environment where staff are valued and supported.

• Have experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting.
• Be confident managing classroom behaviour.
• Have strong communication and organisational skills.
• Have a genuine interest in education and supporting students.

• Ongoing support from a highly experienced team.
• The permanent equivalent rate is paid after 12 weeks of work, which usually means a pay rise.
• Get a £300 voucher for a successful referral.
