Overview
Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School in Hackney, East London. September start, full-time, excellent pre-teacher training opportunity.
The Role- Full-time Teaching Assistant role supporting students across Years 7–11, working alongside experienced teachers in an outstanding secondary school.
- September start;
Monday to Friday schedule. - Provide support to individuals and small groups to help them achieve their potential and gain meaningful classroom experience before progressing to teacher training.
- Graduate with aspirations of becoming a secondary school teacher.
- Previous experience working with young people, either paid or voluntary (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, youth work, school placements, overseas teaching).
- Enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about education; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
