Challenging Behavior Teacher - Greenwich

Are you an experienced SEMH Behavior Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Challenging Behavior Teacher to join a supportive school in Greenwich
, working with secondary-aged children who require additional behavioural and pastoral support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Challenging Behavior Teacher who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning. Based in Greenwich
, you will deliver engaging lessons while implementing effective behaviour management strategies that promote confidence, resilience, and positive outcomes.

Working closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, and senior leaders, you will create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. The school is committed to providing high-quality education and training

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons while implementing effective behaviour management strategies that promote confidence, resilience, and positive outcomes.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
  • Contribute to high-quality education and training to support staff development.
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with secondary-aged pupils.
  • Experience supporting students with behavioural needs is highly desirable.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training for professional development.
