• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
• Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils achieve their learning goals
• Assist pupils with additional educational needs and tailored support strategies
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and participation in learning
• Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour
• Help prepare teaching resources and maintain an organised learning environment
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Caring, patient, and approachable with a positive attitude
• Able to motivate and encourage pupils of different abilities
• A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality support
• Previous experience in a school, childcare, or educational support role is desirable but not essential
