Education Matters Group in the RM6 area is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to deliver English and Mathematics across KS2-4 within an ambitious Alternative Provision. Start date September 2026; we welcome both full-time and part-time applicants.
As an ECT, you will receive comprehensive mentoring, small-group and one-to-one support, and opportunities to contribute to literacy and numeracy interventions while helping students re-engage with learning and progress toward GCSE
