Location: City Of London
Strategy Education is seeking a dedicated Non-Teaching Head of Year for a secondary academy in Newham, London. You will join a supportive pastoral team and play a pivotal role in promoting positive student wellbeing and behaviour.
In this role, you will engage with students, parents and staff, respond to behavioural incidents, supervise detentions, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare across the school day. Previous pastoral experience is desirable.
