• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that supports children’s development
• Support early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through creative and structured activities
• Observe, assess, and track children’s progress, adapting provision to meet individual needs
• Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support holistic development
• Promote positive behaviour and support children’s emotional wellbeing

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
• Experienced within Early Years or Reception settings in line with the EYFS framework
• Passionate about child-centred learning and early development
• Creative, caring, and able to engage young learners through play and exploration
• Strong communicators with a collaborative approach to working within school communities
