A well-regarded and supportive primary school in Camden is looking to appoint a confident and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in KS2 with SEMH needs.
This is a long-term opportunity starting ASAP, ideal for someone who has experience supporting children with behavioural needs and is passionate about making a difference.
The Role:- Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH (anxiety, emotional regulation, behaviour challenges)
- Implement behaviour support strategies and routines
- Build a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and external agencies
- Support access to learning and encourage positive engagement
- Experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour
- Resilient, patient, and consistent approach
- Confident managing behaviour within a classroom setting
- A positive, proactive attitude

Pay: £90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
