Location: City of Westminster
Westminster City Council is seeking a Learning Experience Officer (LEO) to support learners from admissions through their learning journey, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience. You will gain practical, hands-on experience in admissions, enrolment, and frontline customer service, including supporting learners with digital systems and managing records.
You’ll open/close learning centres, handle alarms, and secure the building, while acting as Fire Marshall and First Aider.
