The Role Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 when teachers are absent Deliver pre-planned work and keep pupils on task Manage behaviour in line with the schools policies Support a broad range of pupils in a busy, real school environment Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders Assist with general classroom support when cover is not required Cover Supervisor | Candidate Requirements Degree preferred, but strong school experience also considered Previous tutoring, coaching, mentoring or youth work experience desirable Confident leading a classroom and setting clear expectations Calm, firm and professional approach to behaviour management Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Reliable, proactive and able to commit for the full academic year This is a good opportunity for someone who wants genuine classroom experience in a well-located Westminster school, without being thrown in unsupported.
