This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high‑performing, supportive school where you will play a key role across the curriculum, supporting teaching and learning while developing your own skills.

• Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the teacher’s absence.
• Support whole‑class teaching and learning.
• Lead small‑group and intervention sessions.
• Work closely with teachers to raise pupil attainment.
• Provide high‑quality classroom support across the school.
• Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

• Has previous experience as a HLTA or experienced teaching assistant.
• Is confident leading whole‑class learning.
• Has excellent behaviour‑management skills.
• Is proactive, organised and enthusiastic.
• Has a genuine passion for primary education.
• Holds HLTA status (desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience).

£140+ per day (PAYE), dependent on experience.
