A vibrant, inclusive mainstream primary school is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. In this vital role, you will work closely within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support young children with additional needs (SEND), ensuring they can access a rich, engaging, and supportive curriculum.

Experience:
Previous experience working within an Early Years setting or with children with SEND (such as Autism, speech and language delay, or sensory needs). - Empathy and Resilience: A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to managing unique behavioural and learning requirements.
- Team Player:
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
