Ardleigh Green is seeking a Learning Support Assistant / Learning Mentor to join the team and help students achieve their full potential. The role involves providing one-to-one and small-group support across curriculum areas in a Further Education (SEND) setting.
You will work with teaching staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, promote positive behaviour, and support learners with additional learning needs while encouraging independence.
